Yes our products are available for US, South America, Asia and Australia. But we encourage to verify the coverage on the SIGFOX website, these countries are not yet fully covered like mobile network.

The Sigfox network makes use of Ultra-Narrow Band(UNB) modulation, and operates in license-free sub-GHz ISM frequency bands. This protocol offer a great resistance to jamming and standard interferers. Sigfox complies with local regulations in the selection of center frequency, power output and duty cycles.

HidnSeek ST1A is not waterproof and will not work if submerged underwater, however it will be able to withstand ambient moisture. Also our DigiTraq line products are water resistant (IP65)

Rather than GSM/GPRS GPS solution, HidnSeek use SIGFOX network that allow very low consumption in standby mode.

HidnSeek will charge €29.90 per annum for service charge (including connectivity to the SIGFOX network). You can renew your connection each year via our web platform.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. When you log in as a “personal” subscriber, you will see a notice regarding your current package and instructions on how to upgrade.

You can pay your annual subscription fee via our web service, which will automatically issue you with a unique key to activate your HidnSeek service.

HidnSeek geo-localization accuracy has is about 10 meters when all best conditions are met. Note that the accuracy of GPS data depends on many factors: the position of the GPS satellites at the time the data was recorded, the characteristics of the surroundings (buildings, tree cover, valleys, etc…) and even the weather.

You can receive up to 140 geo-localization update per day (SIGFOX) within a 24 hours period.

The most frequent update that HidnSeek can offer is as often as every 10 minutes. See page 12 of the ISM Band and Short Range Device Regulatory Compliance.

SIGFOX advises that moving devices are supported at low speed but no specific speed is guaranteed. Our technology can recover from this situation and you always got points from the tracker journey.

Despite if Hidnseek ST1A tracker can detect flight situation, in order to comply with aviation authorities, switch off your HidnSeek device before takeoff as this may cause electromagnetic interference to aircraft systems. To switch off your HidnSeek device please refer to the user manual.

In rare cases, your GPS device may not start correctly or may stop responding. If this happens, try resetting your device.

• Remove the USB cable & open up the top led of the tracker.
• Make a short-circuit between R and G this action is shutting down immediately the device.
• Connect your USB cable on a wall adapter and connect the USB to your Device. This will simply reset your device.

Reset LED sequence information:
Red LED blink sequence (0,5s on, 0.5s off 15 times)
After that, there is the boot mode with a self check:
1 red Pulse = GPS OK,
then 2 red very fast Pulse = Accelerometer OK,
then 3 red very fast Pulse = Thermometer OK,
then 4 red very fast Pulse = SIGFOX Ready to use.

Then the Green LED will start at 1s pulse until GPS satellites are seen.
